The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) is designed to help job seekers secure employment and training services. NTI is a WIOA Eligible Training Provider (ETP). All Texas adults 18 years of age and older may be eligible for WIOA-funded training grants. If you have been displaced from your job (unemployed) or are failing to receive self-sufficiency wages (under-employed) you may qualify for WIOA training services.
