What Can an Office – Customer Service Representative Do?

The customer service representative plays an essential role in an organization’s success through providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. In this program, you will learn about the various duties and responsibilities of the customer service provider, and you will practice these using a variety of exercises, hypothetical interactions, and assignments.
